Dell obtained his Master of Music from Manhattan School of Music on scholarship, and holds a Bachelor of Music (Hons) from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. He has studied under the tutelage of Charles Neidich, Lorenzo Antonio Iosco and Maria Wong.

An active performer, Dell currently serves as Principal Clarinet in the Hong Kong Symphonic Winds. He has performed with various orchestras and ensemble, including Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, Opera Hong Kong Orchestra, Hong Kong Strings Orchestra and Hong Kong Quintessence Quintet.


Dell has participated in the masterclasses of Florent Heau, Michel Arrigon, David Shifrin, Daniel Silver, Julien Herve to name but a few. He has also attended a wide variety of music festivals around the world, including World Music Contest Kerkrade in Holland, Music Seminar in Kitakaruizawa, Japan, Magic Clarinet Quartet Festival in Tai Chung, Taiwan, Buffet Crampon Clarinet Competition in Hong Kong and MusicAlp Festival in Tignes, France.

A passionate educator, Dell has taught students of different ages and abilities across different schools in Hong Kong for the past 9 years.

Dell於香港演藝學院取得學士學位，並以獎學金得主身份於曼哈頓音樂學院完成碩士學位課程。 Dell師承於Charles Neidich，Lorenzo Antonio Iosco及黃家儀。

Dell活躍於表演舞台。現為香港交響管樂團之首席單簧管樂手。他曾於廣州交響樂團、香港歌劇團、香港弦樂團擔任合約樂手。Dell亦曾為Hong Kong Quintessence成員之一。

Dell曾參與Florent Heau、Michel Arrigon、Charles Neidich、David Shifrin、Daniel Silver、Julien Herve等單簧管演奏家的大師班。他亦參加了世界音樂大賽和各種音樂節如荷蘭World Music Contest Kerkrade、日本北輕井澤音樂研討會、台灣台中魔術單簧管四重奏節、香港Buffet Crampon單簧管比賽、法國蒂涅MusicAlp Festival等。

作為一位熱衷教育家，Dell擁有超過9年教學經驗，於香港不同學校教授各個年齡層及級別的學生。
