Turkish violinist Didem holds a Bachelor in Violin Performance from Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory in Turkey, where she graduated with high honours. She also holds a Master in Violin Performance from Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest which she attended under the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship (state scholarship of Hungary), becoming the first Turkish scholar in the music field to receive this prestigious award. She has studied under the guidance of Nathan Giem, Zsofia Környei and Peter Somogyi.

Didem has had the privilege of attending masterclasses with renowned musicians such as Andreas Röhn, Massimo Belli, Jaroslaw Pietrzak, Igor Pikayzen, Önder Baloğlu, Ildiko Moog, Alexander Markov and Gilles Apap.

Didem has regularly performed as a violinist and guest artist with different orchestras across Turkey and Hungary, including Presidential Symphony Orchestra of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Turkish Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, Çukurova Symphony Orchestra, Ankara Youth Symphony Orchestra, Bilkent Youth Symphony Orchestra and Hacettepe Symphony Orchestra. She has taken part in various projects and live broadcast concerts with the Liszt Academy Symphony Orchestra, while also giving chamber music and solo concerts.

As a passionate music educator, Didem finds great joy in teaching students of all ages and levels. She has taught violin and solfeggio in both Turkey and Hungary, in private, group and online settings. With her dedication, enthusiasm and patience, Didem sees teaching as a privilege to impart her knowledge and skills to students embarking on their lifelong musical journey.
