Mr. Kenneth FOK is the Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of the All-China Youth Federation, Member of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Cooperation, and Member of the Legislative Council of the HKSAR (Sports, Performing Arts, Culture and Publication).

He is currently the Vice President of the Fok Ying Tung Group overseeing the Groups’ investments in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Mr. FOK has been a staunch supporter of culture and arts development, He is currently the chairman of Hong Kong Art Development Council, Board Member of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, and Executive Vice President of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Hong Kong Member Association. He founded Guangzhou Nansha Cultural Association in Guangzhou and Culture Action in Hong Kong in 2013 and 2018 representatively. In 2019, Mr. FOK organized Guangzhou-Hong Kong Marco Parent-child Art Carnival in Guangzhou Nansha to promote the establishment of a Greater Bay Area cultural and arts exchange platform. In 2021, Mr. FOK initiated a project called “The ARThletes” with the aim of enhancing the interaction between artists and athletes and setting a new trend of cross-sector collaborations.

Mr.Fok also actively participates in the city’s sports development. He is currently the Vice President of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China. In addition to sports, Mr.Fok also plays an active role in societal work with a strong focus on youth development, He is a member of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Professional Advisory Committee, the Honorary Life Chairman of Committee of Youth Activities in Hong Kong, the Honorary Chairman of Y.Elites Association and Consultant of Hong Kong United Youth Association.

霍啟剛先生現任全國政協委員、中華全國青年聯合會副主席、中國文學藝術界聯合會全國委員會委員及香港立法會議員(體育、演藝、文化及出版界功能界別)。

霍先生現職霍英東集團副總裁，主要負責集團在內地和香港的業務發展。霍先生一直支持文化藝術發展，目前是香港藝術發展局主席、西九文化區管理局董事局成員、中國文學藝術界聯合會香港會員總會常務副會長及香港理工大學《中國歷史與文化研究中心》顧問委員會委員。霍先生於2013年在廣州創立廣州巿南沙文化會，2018年在香港創立文化躍動，隨後兩年與廣州巿南沙文化會合辦粵港澳書畫展及穗港澳藝術嘉年華，積極建立粵港澳文化藝術交流平台，助力推動粵港澳文化藝術發展。並於2021年策劃了「敢動藝術」項目，透過藝術家與運動員的互動，創造了跨界別合作的新範例。

霍先生也熱衷體育發展，現任中國香港體育協會暨奧林匹克委員會副會長，在青年事務方面，霍先生現任前海深港青年事務專業諮詢委員會委員、香港各界青少年活動委員會永遠名譽主席、香港菁英會名譽主席及香港青年聯會顧問。
